Phytomed was founded by Phil Rasmussen, a highly respected medical herbalist and trained pharmacist, we are proud to be an entirely New Zealand owned and operated company. Our roots are embedded in traditional herbal philosophy, which we combine with the latest research to produce herbal medicines of the highest quality. We have developed rigid quality assurance procedures which have enabled us to become a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified manufacturing facility.
