Thompson’s and Red 8 get ultimate endorsement from New Zealand’s best.

NEW ZEALAND ACADEMY OF SPORT SELECTS OFFICIAL SUPPLIER – NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTS

Integria Healthcare (New Zealand) Ltd is pleased to announce that the company has been selected by the New Zealand Academy of Sport as their Official Supplier – Nutrition Supplements. The new agreement will give New Zealand’s elite athletes access to nutrition products in the Integria group of brands including Thompson’s and Red 8, as well as the wider range of independent brands distributed by Integria.

“Thompson’s and Red 8 have been sponsoring some of New Zealand’s top athletes for many years, and this new relationship with the New Zealand Academy of Sport takes that involvement with our best sports people to a new level”, says Malcolm Stobie, Integria’s General Manager, “and as a New Zealand business we are intensely proud to play a role in helping New Zealanders to be their best on the world’s sporting stage”. Stobie continues, “It is a fantastic vote of confidence by the Academy of Sport in our products and we feel a huge sense of responsibility to ensure our athletes get the best products and great service”.

Senior Performance Nutritionist at the Academy, Daniel Healey is enthusiastic about this partnership, “Sports supplements offer genuine advantages to athletic performance. The initial term of the agreement between Integria Healthcare (New Zealand) Ltd and the New Zealand Academy of Sport will be through to the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
